The issue of Qantas globalization

Introduction 

It is no wonder that human resource has already become the most significant competition for the companies. The issue about Qantas was focused nearly by every newspaper. This case study is mainly about the issue happen in Qantas to help managers to realize the significant of the human resource under the background of globalization. The reason why I choose this issue is that it has many management issues which can be considered with what I have already learnt before. And also it contains some typically issues, which happened in other industries as well.

And also the case study highlighted equality and fairness, which are the important issue between the management and employees. The causes of the issue will be analyzed in the study, and then the essay will discuss about the resolution of the management of Qantas. After this case study, the management should to think over how to manage the relationship with the employee and how to treat them fairly. 

The main topic 

The main topic for this case study is human resource management. Qantas and its management were caught in a trap, which indicates that Qantas lack of business vision on how to maintain an iconic brand in a changing business environment (Zumbo. 2011). In today’s organizations, there are so many problems of human resource management in the competition of the international companies. If the management cannot deal with well with these problems, it will result so many troubles, for example, the airline industry.
